This directory will start by enjoying Natural Springs’ 4 million hits per year and growing.  We also know that many pool builders pay as high as $500 to $600 per month on yellow page ads.  As an example, Natural Springs pays only $500 per month, and that equals $6,000 a year!  How often do we get calls from yellow page ads?  Not that often.  How good a prospect is it?  There is no comparison to a prospect who comes to us via our website.  Our website leads were responsible for $282,000 in gross sales in the first 4 months of 2002.  A website lead can be a very high quality lead.

If you don't have a website, when you join the Alliance, whether you have a website or not, you will have your own web page setup with several photos of your work.  Additional pages can be setup, such as photo galleries at a reasonable cost.  No one is doing what we are doing.  Consider that we will be generating massive amounts of traffic (visitors) to the site.  We start off enjoying Natural Springs' existing traffic, as this directory is already displayed on all of Natural Springs web pages.  We already get many visitors every week that are not from our area.  Yvonne, who is an expert in Website promotion, is optimizing this site, along with your web pages for the search engines targeted FOR YOUR AREA.

We are not going to charge $1,000's for banner impressions, nor are we going to charge $360 month (although Natural Springs would pay this now gladly, after our huge success with their website).  The first year's cost will be $60/month with a $299 setup fee. The $299 includes your company's personal web page fully optimized for the search engines with several graphics.  You can be assured that this page will rank high, because the site's home page is already ranking high.  If you don’t have a logo, I will refer you directly to someone who can design a logo for you.  He charges $150 and gives you 3 logos to choose from.

And unlike other avenues you might find to advertise that sell to another pool builder in our area, we will not.  We offer exclusivity to each city.  It’s a first come first serve basis, so if you don’t act now, you will miss out on this opportunity.

The site is not completed, but will be completed by the end of the summer.  Once it is completed the price will go up to $75/month. Even so, you can see that we enjoy very high ranking on several of the search engines without it being completed.  Natural Springs enjoyed 500,000 hits in Nov. 2002 with 5,300 unique vistors. EVERYONE who visits their site who is not from the Tampa area is directed to the directory.  So, although we are NOT finished, you can see there already is quite a benefit by being listed now, as well as the price reduction.  Even so, for those who sign up before March 15, 2003 will get 15 months for the reduced year’s fee.  Extra pages will have a one time cost time fee of $125, but for those who come in now, your cost will be $100.  If you want a photo gallery, the price is the same if you already have your photos in Jpeg format.  If not we will charge only $10 per photo to scan them for you.

$60/month payable for one year or $720, and your setup fee of $299 will have you online within a week from the time we receive your payment and your photos.  $5/month for each additional page or a photo gallery with $100 set-up fee. If you have 3 pages, you pay $70/month or $840 for the year.  Photos not in jpeg format will cost $10 per photo to scan.

Once your area is taken, we will NOT add another pool builder.  This will not be like the yellow pages or other advertising avenues that do not offer exclusivity. 

 At the end of one year, we will make an honest evaluation of the results our Alliance members are getting, and adjust the price accordingly--up or down!  If you join in the next 30 days, we will lock your price in at $60/month for 2 years. We will have some select advertising available and will be advising you of this once we have it set up.

One pool company in Texas told me they are paying $561 per month for their yellow page ad.  So $60/month is the best deal you we have found, especially for those who have no website.  Do you think Natural Springs Pools would pay $60, $75 or even $500 (their yellow page ad cost) per month now knowing what they now know?  You bet they would.  The interesting thing is that not even Natural Springs has completed their potential for search engine placement. 

Did you know that we get more qualified leads from the NS website in a week then a year from our yellow page ad?  Remember this directory is available on ALL of Natural Springs web pages!!  As I said earlier, after the first year, we will make an honest and real evaluation of the value of this service and adjust increase our price accordingly. 

And not only that! Our traffic/visitors are targeted for pool builders and pool builders only!   We will not be selling slides or pool accessories on this site. Consider that if you pay an advertising company $1,000's for 1000's of impressions and that company has visitors who are looking for a spa or some kind of pool accessory, you will be paying for this unrelated traffic also! Even if you don't go with us, don't be fooled by paying for a site that claims millions of hits, but also caters to swimming pool equipment, pool accessories etc.  Anyone search for these ALREADY HAS A POOL :-)

Let me say that paying per impressions (this means you pay everytime someone just visits the page where you ad or banner is located without actually visiting your site!) is something I learned a long time ago was too costly UNLESS it was highly targeted.  All that being said, I don't believe in it.  I already know that we are starting this alliance with the benefit of 500,000 hits per month and growing from Natural Springs Pools.  The directory, which is not completed already, enjoys close to 20,000 hits per month.  The Alliance will be highly promoted on pay per click search engines as well once it is completed.  The truth is it will be hard to compete with us. 

Your setup free will cover a web page on our directory.  You provide content and photos.   If you need photos scanned, we can do that.  If you join us before March 15th, 2003, you will receive 3 months free.  You can also lock in a second year at the above rates.

We want to make this affordable for the pool builder.  Spending $1,000s on advertising can get very costly.  Our rates might go up next year, once we have fully established the main core of the alliance, however, it will never be exorbitant.  Additionally, you have the opportunity to have your fee discounted if you refer other pool builders.  Get a month free for each pool builder you refer that joins--or get an extra page setup for free.

Lets face it, more and more people use the Internet to find what they are looking for, even locally.  You need an Internet presence and if you have one, you can use more highly targeted traffic.
